Awakening the Heart of Reality - Foundations of Tantra
50 hour Immersion into the Heart of Tantra
JULY 21st - 26th
A Return to Source. A Reclamation of Power. A Path of Living Connection.
This 50-hour immersion is a calling — a doorway for teachers and dedicated students who feel the pull toward Tantra as a living, breathing tradition. A tradition designed to anchor us in a world that is moving faster than ever, reshaping our lives, our attention, and our relationship to what truly matters.
We are living in a time where many have become disconnected from source, from body, from community, and from the pulse of the natural world.
Nondual Śaiva Tantra offers a profound response: a path that reweaves us with the very fabric of life.
It reminds us that consciousness is not separate from the world, that the sacred can be found in every breath, every sensation, every moment of recognition.
This immersion is an invitation to return to a deeper way of being —to step into clarity, presence, authenticity, and inner power.
What This Journey Offers:
Meditation practices rooted in Classical Nondual Śaiva Tantra
Embodiment work that awakens your felt sense of Śakti
Philosophical teachings that illuminate how consciousness unfolds as your everyday life
Group dialogue and shared inquiry that foster connection and insight
Ritual, subtle-body and energetic practices to reorient you to the sacred
Communal support — a space to be witnessed, held, and understood
This is not theoretical study.
It is direct experience, embodied learning, and living practice.
A Path Begins Here
If you feel the resonance —if something inside you whispers yes —you are invited to join us.
This is a journey into remembrance, embodiment, and the sacred pulse of life.A journey held with care, depth, and devotion.
A journey back to yourself.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHERS
Kirsty’s journey with yoga began over two decades ago, evolving from a personal quest for healing and embodiment into a lifetime of dedicated practice and study. With more than a decade of teaching experience, she brings an exceptionally embodied, accessible, and thoughtful approach to yoga and contemplative practice. Her classes blend movement, breathwork, meditation, and somatic awareness in ways that invite students to meet themselves with curiosity, compassion, and presence — not perfection. Kirsty’s teaching has organically shifted over the years from dynamic movement into the quiet depths of somatic stillness and philosophical inquiry, and she delights in creating spaces where students feel safe to explore both the body and the inner life with equal reverence. Her love of mythology, non-dual philosophy, and Tantra infuses her work with integrity and heart, and she brings profound depth without dogma to every offering she leads.
Lisa’s introduction to yoga came through a period of personal change and longing for deeper connection — and it didn’t take long for the practice to become her way of life. With comprehensive training across yin, restorative, vinyasa, somatics, meditation, and Yoga Nidra, Lisa’s teaching style is both intuitive and grounded, beautifully weaving in breath, philosophical context, and mindful inquiry. She has served as a mentor and facilitator in advanced teacher trainings, bringing both heart and insight to students stepping into their own roles as guides and practitioners. Lisa teaches from a place of felt experience — encouraging students of all levels to embody strength, softness, presence and to meet their practice with honesty and care. Her deep respect for the unique path of every student makes her offerings inclusive, empowering and transformative.
Together, Kirsty and Lisa hold this Foundations of Tantra training with a rare balance of lived experience, philosophical depth, embodiment, and relational intelligence. They’re not here to present tantra as a set of techniques to “achieve,” but rather as an invitation to recognise and reclaim your own awakened, embodied presence.
WHY NOW?
Our world is shifting rapidly. Many feel unrooted, fragmented, or overwhelmed by pace and disconnection.
Tantra offers an ancient technology for this modern moment —a way to remember our inherent wholeness, to honour the intelligence of the body,to re-enter relationship with nature, and to reclaim our agency, intuition, and inner knowing.
This path doesn’t ask you to withdraw from life.
It teaches you how to meet life with awareness, freedom, and depth.
