Bhakti Flow

Saturday 1st of Nov 1:30pm- 3pm

Join Kirsty for a heart opening yoga experience that blends live mantra chanting, flowing movement, and the sacred path of Bhakti — devotion.

In this 90-minute practice, we move beyond technique and into intentional, devotional embodiment. Accompanied by live harmonium and call-and-response chanting, we’ll move through gentle asana guided by sacred sound, breath, and deep feeling.

This Bhakti Flow invites you to move with devotional intention
not to perfect a pose,
but to offer your breath, effort, and presence as an act of love.

Each movement becomes a prayer.
Each breath, a mantra.
Each heartbeat, a drum of devotion. We draw inspiration from Radha’s unconditional love for Krishna — a symbol of surrendering the ego to the divine play (lila) of life. Through mantra and movement, we soften, sing, and remember what it means to open the heart fully.

Satsang with Sandey - Desire, the breath that shapes existence

Saturday 6th December 12-2pm

Desire has been depicted in some traditions as the root of all evil. Yet in the tantrik currents of Classical Non-Dual Shaivism, desire is revered as the very root of our being - the primal spark through which life awakens, breath follows, and creation begins. It courses through us with every inhale and exhale, in every thought and movement, in every possibility that arises.

When we wish for change, the energy of our desire often determines whether it will unfold. If the longing is not strong enough, the change may never take shape. Yet true transformation also invites us to surrender—to trust that things will unfold in their own time, and to discern when effort is required and when it is to be tempered by patience.

In this Satsang, we will explore:
What gives rise to desire and why it is essential to our existence• How to cultivate desire in a way that serves growth, through practice and intention• What blocks us: doubt, guilt, or judgment about our own or others’ responses to desire

How to work with desire consciously, so it becomes a generous ally rather than a restless forceAs we approach the year’s end, I invite you to inquire into your own desire:
What do you yearn for at this threshold—rest, replenishment, peace?

What change, if any, do you wish to bring into your life?

How can you use desire as a positive force to bring about the change you wish for?

What to bring: A journal to record things as they arise

We will engage in practices that include awareness, mantra, and meditation Chai and Bliss Balls to finish
