Release, Move, Restore with Fiona

A journey from tension to ease

  • Release → self-massage with the ball
  • Move → mindful targeted movements to free tension
  • Restore → yin yoga to settle and replenish

In this class, we’ll begin with self-massage using therapy balls to release tight spots and rehydrate your fascia.
From there, we’ll move through gentle, mindful movements to awaken mobility and ease in the body.
We’ll finish with nourishing Yin Yoga postures, allowing you to melt into stillness, restore balance, and leave feeling spacious, calm, and renewed.

Perfect for anyone wanting to soften stress, release tension, and support resilience in both body and mind.
No previous Yoga or Myofascial release experience necessary.

Mums And Bubs Series with Melissa

Starting Monday 6th October- 20th OctoberMonday 3rd November - 1st December 11:30am

This course is designed to help mums find balance and well-being alongside their little ones.

The yoga sessions will be gentle strengthening classes, featuring postures that support the rebuilding of your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles while releasing common postpartum aches and pains.

It will be an opportunity to connect your mind and body in a relaxed space with your baby and other mums, fostering a sense of community and shared experience.

Join Melissa for this enriching journey to nurture both yourself and your baby.

This is an 8 week series Every Monday 11am- 12pm

Turn Yinward- A Spring Yin Workshop with Fiona

Spring is a time of renewal, growth, and possibility.

In Chinese medicine, this season is connected with the Wood element and the Liver and Gallbladder meridians. Just as plants push upward and outward after winter’s stillness, this season invites us to release stagnation, create space, and move with more ease and vitality.

In this workshop with Fiona, you’ll be guided through a yin yoga practice designed to:

  • Unwind stored tension in the hips, inner thighs, and sides of the body
  • Support the smooth flow of energy for more clarity and ease
  • Encourage flexibility in both body and mind, so you can embrace change with grace

This workshop is an invitation to align with spring’s energy, release what no longer serves, and nurture the seeds of new beginnings.

 No prior yin yoga experience is needed—just come as you are.
