 Deep Relaxation and Renewal

The ultimate experience in relaxation and mindfulness. We begin with a soothing Yin Yoga practice, preparing the body to open and release tension. With the use of props and extended holds, you will feel fully supported, allowing your body to release, relax, and let go with mindful awareness. Then, you'll be gently guided into Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, an ancient practice designed to bring the mind and body into the deepest state of relaxation while maintaining conscious awareness.
